    Standard shipping is free of charge on all orders.

  • International:
    Orders over £79.99 GBP (or equivalent to $99.99 USD) qualify for free international shipping.
    For orders below this threshold, a standard flat rate of £8.00 GBP (or equivalent in local currency) applies.

Please note: All shipping fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, during which time quality checks are conducted before dispatch.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Standard Delivery: 4–8 working days

    • Expedited Delivery: 2–5 working days (available upon request or subject to courier availability)

Delivery time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • UK Customers:
    No additional import duties or VAT will apply for domestic orders.

  • EU & International Customers:
    In most cases, you will not be charged additional customs duties or VAT. However, depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.
