Return and Refund Policy (UK Version)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures under UK consumer law.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.
You are eligible for a return if:

The product was damaged due to our fault during shipping.

The product is faulty on arrival (e.g., it does not work or is not as described).

You are unsatisfied with the product after light use. “Light use” means the product has been removed from its packaging and used briefly according to the instructions.
Products not eligible for return:

Returns requested after the 90-day return period have passed.

Products that have been damaged due to misuse, alteration, or accidental damage. We are unable to accept returns of items that are not in their original condition or are significantly damaged.
Return Costs and Restocking Fee
If your return is accepted, a processing fee will be applied:

5% of the product’s purchase price, and
-
2% of the product’s purchase price as a handling/labour fee.
These charges will be deducted from your refund.
How to Request a Return

A clear photo of the item (showing any defect or condition)

A brief explanation of the issue or reason for the return
We will assess your request and respond with instructions for returning the item.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please note: The 5% restocking fee and 2% handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
