21. MERCHANT OF RECORD
Our order processing is managed by our authorised reseller, FastSea Trade Sàrl, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. FastSea Trade Sàrl handles all customer service inquiries and product returns.

22. RETURN COSTS
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fees will be applied for returned items.
